"In this age of eCommerce, we as consumers enjoy the expedience of online shopping; the ability to order what we want whenever we have time to do it...day or night, and mostly without interaction with sellers. But that doesn't mean that we don't require or enjoy customer service. And good customer service isn't defined when everything goes right on an order. Unfortunately it is achieved when things go, well, not so right.

I recently ordered a bedroom set from Evinco Design, and well, had an occasion to learn about great customer service. First off, let me explain about their "Make an Offer" feature. You can essentially negotiate a fair price with Evinco on items that are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer. Using their on-line chat, I was able to find out the information I needed.

After I placed the order, we learned that what I was trying to do was not possible with this set of furniture. And Customer Service worked the issue through with me and we came up with a satisfactory resolution to the problem. While the issue was in no way caused by Evinco, they promptly and effectively resolved the problem.

Consequently, I would not hesitate to recommend this eTailer and will no doubt use them again in the future.

"A very positive experience. I found the best price on the couch I ordered. Evinco customer service contacted me to give me the shipping information and estimated delivery date. The one hiccup occurred when they informed me the white glove delivery service I ordered didn't go through properly, but they immediately refunded the extra charges. The delivery was scheduled for a four-hour window 12 days after my inital order. The delivery driver contacted me before arriving. I did have do give the YRC delivery driver directions to my house, but I would rather have to give directions than have the delivery go awry! The truck arrived on time. The couch was well-secured to a double pallet. The three boxes were well packed with no damage whatsoever. All parts were wrapped in plastic and everything was accounted for. The couch required minimal assembly (15 - 20 minutes). Now I'm enjoying my new couch, and I am extremely happy with evincodesign. I would purchase from them again, and would recommend them to my friends and family. "
