All of our items are brand new and in new condition when shipped. We strive to make returns as hassle free as possible, and fully cooperate with the customer and shipping company during the course of a return. Please see our policies below.
Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policies:
» Orders may be canceled at any point prior to shipment with NO cancellation fee
» In stock items will be shipped within 2-4 days
» Out of stock items and custom orders are subject to longer lead times and you will be notified
» If an item has already been shipped, and then canceled, please refer to the return policy. Feel free to contact us (email preferred) if you decide to cancel and we’ll let you know if your order has shipped yet.

» Once item is delivered, we offer a 3 days from Delivery money back guarantee if the customer is not completely satisfied with his or her item.
» If customer decides to return item, there are absolutely NO restocking fees, however, REQUIRED to have ORIGINAL Packaging for safe RETURN. Buyer would be responsible for ALL shipping Fees to and from the delivery location. Just like we ship and coordinate delivery, we can also help coordinate a return shipment for you. Buyer will still be responsible for shipping fees of the return and original shipping cost, inquire by email for your specific order costs. Refunds are promptly made after return to warehouse and inspected.
- If an item is ever damaged, please follow below directions and contact us immediately. Damages are considered NO HASSLE returns. We apologize in advance if damage occurs; although rare, damage does occur. We will take care of it for you in case this happens.
Before signing for delivery, it is very important to inspect the carton for any potential damage that may have occurred while in transit. It is normal for packaging to show some wear. Open each package. If there is any damage to the merchandise, write the description of the damage on the freight bill and then inspect the inside before the driver leaves the premises. If the item is damaged you must refuse it and send it back with the driver. Reject ONLY the merchandise that is damaged. Accept all of the merchandise that is not damaged.
Please inspect the package thoroughly before signing for the paperwork "Received in Good Condition" release of your delivery.
If there is any noticeable damage to the package (i.e. forklift holes in the box or pieces falling out of the box or crate broken off or loose tape on the box), please make note of the damage on the delivery receipt prior to signing for the product and Take PICTURES of an EXTERIOR and ITEM damages.
This will help us from filing insurance claim incase there is damage. Please Email us (reply to your Original order receipt) within 3 days of delivery if you have a damaged Item with detailed photos (exterior box and time damages) and description. Insurance claims have to be filed within 5 business (M-F) days of delivery or it will expire.

- Customer will not be responsible for payment of shipping item back to us or any other fees associated with a damage return
» Refunds will be handled immediately once the issue is resolved and back in warehouse
» We will disclose all fees, and exact amount being refunded and why, prior to a refund
» We will refund the buyer in the same manner that the payment was received
